Extract the libraries as a runtime folder
Keep the archive’s libs/ directory alongside the converted executable. The Windows library package also includes supporting DLLs. Preserve those files together instead of copying one PRX at a time. Do not put original console PRXs in libs/.
Take the platform-specific path
Windows setup explains PE output and dependency placement. Linux setup explains ELF output, permissions and driver-dependent memory access. For a main/PR-stack report, use the source-build guide instead of silently mixing a newer converter with old libraries.
Browser conversion is a separate option
The upstream browser converter converts locally with input and browser limits. It is maintained by the original project. Successful conversion is not a game test; the version-pairing discussion explains why the converter and its bundled libraries must match.
